You just need clear soda, some gummy bears and ice pop molds for this delicious frozen treat. First, fill each ice pop mold with 5 to 10 gummy bears (depending on their size). Then fill in the gaps with about 3 to 4 ounces of clear soda. Add sticks and then freeze for several hours.

For these very berry-licious desserts, just insert small wooden skewers into large strawberries. Dip the strawberries into Greek yogurt, covering each berry completely. Roll in shredded coconut or chopped nuts. Then place berries on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or foil and freeze.

Slice bananas into thick rounds. Spread a dab of Nutella on each slice and sandwich the slices together. Insert a wooden candy stick to hold them together. Melt a cup of chocolate chips in the microwave along with a tablespoon or two of milk added to thin it, and stir well. Dip the banana rounds into the melted chocolate to cover completely. Then dip the bottoms in shredded coconut, chopped almonds or pistachios. Place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper or foil and freeze.

Fill a blender with a 16-ounce package of frozen peaches or mango, a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk, the juice and zest of 1 lime, a 1-inch piece of fresh ginger and ¼ teaspoon of cardamom. Blend until smooth. Spoon the mixture into small Dixie cups, insert a wooden ice-cream spoon or ice pop stick and freeze for 4 hours. Or for a tasty twist, try using these ingredients instead: a 16-ounce package of frozen strawberries, a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Zipsicles 600

Divide 6-ounce containers of fruit-flavored yogurt between two Zipzicle plastic bags. Then freeze them for some easy and cool snacks on the go.
